For Windows Users (via E-Share App)
E-Share app is required if not using a dongle.

Without Dongle
• Download and run the E-Share app.
• Open the app – a device list will appear.
• Select the device name that matches the screen.
• Click the screensharing to start mirroring.

With Dongle
• Plug the dongle into the screen's USB port to pair
• Then, plug the dongle into your laptop’s USB port and tap to connect.

For MacBook Users (via Airplay)
No dongle needed for Mac users.

• Click the Control Center icon (top right in the menu bar).
• Select Screen Mirroring to display the device list.
• Select the device name that matches the screen.
• Enter the 4-digit code shown in the screen.

To Transfer Whiteboard Content to Mobile:
Email sharing from the whiteboard is not available yet
IT is working on it.

• Tap the three dots on the screen and select scan to download.
• Connect your mobile to the hotspot Wi-Fi.
• Scan the QR code on the screen.
• The file will be open in your mobile - long press to save photo or share.
